Sign in to your account. Navigate to the "Profile" option in the top toolbar. On your dashboard, earned certificates are available above your enrolled courses.

Certificates earned before 2024 have been added to your profile. If you need additional support, please contact help@humanitasinst.org or help@humanitas-institute.org.

If your certificate does not appear in your Profile:

1. For courses completed in 2024 and later, navigate to the course. Visit the "Certificate of Completion" section in the course. Enter your name to generate and download a certificate.

2. For courses completed prior to 2024, contact help@humanitasinst.org or help@humanitas-institute.org.

To complete a course, please follow the activities in the order listed in the course menu. Note that certain quizzes or exams may require a passing score to unlock the next sections. 

If you’re having trouble moving forward on a particular learning activity, try these steps:

• Use the previous and next arrows at the top of the learning window.
• Switch to a different web browser or computer.
• Close any extra applications or tabs.
• Adjust your screen zoom if buttons aren’t visible.

If you have been registered to an organization-specific account, sign-in on any Humanitas Institute webpage using your provided credentials. You will be redirected to your organization's home page. 

Users Enrolled by an Organization
If you have been registered to an organization-specific account with prepaid courses, sign-in using your provided credentials.
Once signed in, you will be redirected to your organization's home page. You may also click "Profile" in the top menu bar to see your current enrollment.

Self-Enrollment to an Organization
If your organization has provided you with self-enrollment instructions, ensure you have filled in all fields, including the CODE field. The CODE will redirect you to your organization's home page and provided courses. 

If you have mistakenly self-enrolled without using the provided CODE, please email help@humanitasinst.org or help@humanitas-institute.org. 

If you reach a 404 error page, try:

• Refreshing the page
• Clearing your cache and cookies
• Sign out and sign back in

If the error is specific to an organization page, ensure that you have entered the provided CODE when you registered.

Please register for an account before purchasing courses and include the state in which you work or live on the registration form. When you register from certain states, your homepage will be customized to provide access to courses that meet state-specific requirements.

Click on this link, scroll down the page, and select your preferred course catalog to view course options. Click the enroll button to purchase courses.

You may purchase a course before registering for an account, but you will be required to create an account during the purchase process.

Each month, we feature one of our courses that supports our mission to promote excellent outcomes for all patients.

Throughout the month, both new and existing learners can enroll in the featured course at a 50% discount. Existing learners will receive email notifications of the discount code.

Create an account by clicking "Sign Up" at the top right of any Humanitas Institute webpage. When registering, select CA as your state. You will be directed to the CA state home page with CA-specific Dignity in Pregnancy and Childbirth courses.

To learn about licensing courses for an organization or group of learners and request a quote or register for course review (organizations only), click here and scroll to the bottom of the page to submit your request.

If you have been provided with enrollment permissions, please download the template Excel sheet provided within the upload portal. Please complete all required fields and upload your user list.

Our SCORM files are packaged using Rustici SCORM Cloud, which is GDPR compliant and certified under ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2. Humanitas Institute hashes all personally identifiable information (PII) and cannot access, store, or retain any user data associated with SCORM files once they are transferred to your organization. After deployment, your organization is fully responsible for user data management and compliance.
