I liked how the course broke down the different biases we face as clinicians and how we can address them with mind hacks. Additionally, I liked the fact that the course talked about building rapport with your patients, which is a lost art these days with the RVU chase.

discussed in the video to avoid bias. The scenarios unfortunately are not rare
and I have seen similar cases. This makes them much more realistic.
