CONFUSED?

A new law, CA AB 2319, the Amended Dignity in Pregnancy & Childbirth Act, took effect in 2025.
It added requirements to the original law, CA SB 464. This means that the free course (funded by the California Health Care Foundation through 2028) Dignity in Pregnancy & Childbirth remains free but only partially meets current state requirements.

We developed a brief course that, with the free course Dignity in Pregnancy & Childbirth, fully meets the current requirements (Gender Inclusive Care and Intersectionality: A Guide for Perinatal Care Providers). Since it's not grant funded, we must charge a small fee.
